Sump Pump Reminders

Please be mindful of the fragile sewage system in your community. It is designed to handle ONLY human waste and a moderate amount of toilet paper. DO NOT FLUSH WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. These wipes result in the back up of the sewage system and pose a large threat to not only the integrity of your system but also your wallet! Non-compliance with this “Don’t Flush” list can result in large costs to your association.


DO NOT FLUSH THE FOLLOWING:
Disposable wipes
Baby wipes
Cleaning wipes or paper towels
Feminine products of any kind
Cotton swabs
Cotton balls


Pool /Spa area Rules

* Pool/ Spa Area Rules
* No glassware of any kind is allowed in the pool/spa area.
* Smoking is not allowed in the pool/ spa area.
* No pets in the pool area.
The use of the pool is expressly limited to Residential Owners, occupants, lessees and their invited guests. Each unit is limited to four (4) guests total, at any given time. At no time shall any group monopolize the facilities.


Guest Parking

There are a total of eight (8) guest parking spaces for the temporary use, not to exceed forty-eight (48) hours, by invitees of Owners only. Owners may not park in the guest parking at any time. Each homeowner is allowed 2 guest parking passes for their visitors. If you should have any questions regarding guest parking please reach out to Management.
