The Board of Directors is requesting your feedback regarding proposed changes to the CC&R’s as referenced below. Owners are receiving the below linked survey to gauge the community’s interest in moving forward with a formal Membership vote to amend the Association’s CC&Rs.

The action, if approved, will be to prohibit smoking of all kinds inside of owner units. Currently smoking is prohibited in all areas of the development excluding inside each unit. If the vote is conducted and 67% of owners are in favor, the Board will authorize the expenditure of funds to amend the CC&Rs. At this time, the expected cost in legal fees is approximately $750.00.

The survey will be available until 9:00 P.M. on Monday, June 6th, 2022. The information received will be reviewed by the Board of Directors at the next Executive Session meeting.
